Sometimes we have second thoughts on a purchase and at RAEN we understand. If you aren't happy with your item or you've decided that it's not your style, please contact us to arrange for a return or exchange. Before you contact us, please read this policy fully to understand our return process.  

Exchange: If you want to exchange your item, you will need to ship the item(s) to our warehouse within 30 days of receiving the order. You will have to pay for the return shipping for the items you're returning.

Refund: If you want a return or refund, we understand but you may only get a partial refund for your order and you will need to pay for the cost to ship the item back to us. Refunds range from 30% to 100%.

How to exchange or return: To accept an exchange or return there are a few things to keep in mind. The items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items cannot be worn or washed and need to have all original labels attached. We also need all the original packaging for the item. Please keep in mind that we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, sleepwear, lingerie, swimwear and jewelry. Also, we only accept returns based on wrong size, poor quality, and color shading issues between listings and actual product. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without contacting RAEN customer service first.

Where to return the item: Please do not return the item to the address on the item packaging. Also, when shipping the item back please ship by standard instead of express or expedited shipping. We also strongly suggest that you ship with a carrier that uses tracking numbers to protect yourself and ensure your return arrives to us.

Cancellations and how to get your money back: If you decide that you want to cancel your order, please be aware that we can only accept an order cancellation 2 hours after order confirmation. Any exchanges or return requests will be answered within 2-4 standard business days and the refund will be issues to the same payment method used to complete the original order. It may take up to 15 business days for the return credit to appear on your account statement.

How to ship your Return or Exchange: Please follow these simple steps to complete the return/exchange:

1. Please contact customer service to request for a return authorization.
2. Exchanges are easy. Please tell us which item SKU you want to exchange and what size you would prefer. If you would rather have a refund our accounting department will refund you after we have received the items back.
3. Time to package the item. Please place your new unworn items along with the original invoice in a sealed package and ship it back to us. You can print a copy of your invoice under the Order History on your account. Please make sure to select the correct order number and print it off to include in the return package.
4. Say goodbye to the unwanted items. Please attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and be sure to record the tracking number so you can follow your return shipment journey back to us.

Keep in mind that transit time for packages usually spans 7 business days and then it may take an additional 7 business days for us to process your return after we receive your package.   If you would like to talk about our return and exchange policy, please send us an email to discuss:

Oh, and one last thing to remember. We try to stay on top of emails but at times we can get very busy. We will always try to get back to you as soon as possible (usually within 48 hours) but if you're contacting us on weekends we are sometimes a little slower to respond.
